AC High Current Test System
The AC Test System is designed to perform high voltage AC tests on Electrical equipment with medium capacitance. These are particularly
suited for the applications with stable output voltage even if the load changes
during testing ( heavy corona, wet and pollution test) or for Inductive loads.
These AC Dielectric Test system are available in two designs:
1. Modular Design: Suitable to test equipment with low impedence.
2. Tank Type Design: Suitable for higher capacity and long duty cycle.
It consist of following main components:
- AC Test Transformer (tank Type or Cylinderical Type)
- Voltage Regulator
- Controller Unit
- Coupling Capacitor/ HV Divider
- Laptop based digital controller unit.
